Why our properties are designed for groups

When you organize a group trip, details make the difference between a good experience and an extraordinary one. Our properties in Inca have been selected specifically because they understand what it means to host multiple people under one roof. It's not just about having enough bedrooms; it's about spaces that work for living together.

First, we personally verify each property. Our team visits the accommodations, checks that the kitchen is truly equipped for cooking together, that the living room is large enough for everyone to gather comfortably, and that there are enough bathrooms to avoid morning queues. Second, the hosts of these properties have real experience hosting groups: they know what questions you'll ask, anticipate needs, and are available if something goes wrong. Third, we offer flexible check-in and check-out adapted to your arrival schedules. If you arrive on a late flight or need to leave late, we coordinate it without extra charges. Fourth, these properties include services that matter: quality WiFi, air conditioning in all bedrooms, washer and dryer (because laundry with groups is inevitable), and outdoor spaces to relax. Fifth, our support is available throughout your stay—it's not an automated chatbot, it's people who speak your language and solve problems in minutes. Sixth, prices are transparent: you see exactly what's included, with no surprises on the final bill.

Many groups coming to Inca take advantage of combining their stay with nearby coastal experiences, creating an itinerary that mixes relaxation at the property with family adventures. What sets our properties apart is that you're not paying for an intermediary platform; you're booking directly with owners who want you to return.

Inca as a group destination: location, areas and how to get there

Inca is strategically located in the heart of Mallorca, 30 km from Palma airport (PMI), which means between 30 and 40 minutes by car depending on traffic. This proximity is crucial for groups: you can reach your property quickly without exhausting yourselves on long transfers. The airport has direct connections with most European cities, so organizing your trip is straightforward.

Within Inca, there are several ideal areas depending on your preferences. The historic center is perfect if you want to be close to traditional restaurants, local markets, and authentic village life. Here you'll find bars where locals have coffee with ensaimada, craft shops, and a genuine atmosphere. The outlying areas, towards the edges, offer more tranquility and properties with larger grounds—ideal if you're traveling with small children or seeking total privacy. There are also properties in nearby hills with panoramic views of Mallorca's plains, perfect for groups wanting spectacular photos. The best time to travel as a group depends on your priorities. April to June and September to October offer perfect weather (20-28°C), less mass tourism, and more reasonable prices. July and August are warm but very crowded on beaches. Winter (November to March) is peaceful and affordable, though some days see rain.

For getting around, you can rent a car (recommended for groups, as you share costs) or use local buses. From Inca, northern beaches (Alcúdia, Pollença) are 45 minutes away; southern ones (Llucmayor, Santanyí) about an hour. The town has supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations, and everything needed for a self-sufficient stay. Local restaurants are affordable and authentic—try sobrasada, tumbet, and langoustine stews if traveling in season.

Amenities and services: what you'll find in these properties

When you book a group property in Inca, you expect everything to work without surprises. That's why our properties include amenities specifically designed for shared living. Let's start with the basics: all have fully equipped kitchens with oven, stovetop, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and enough utensils to cook for 8-12 people. This isn't a toy kitchen; it's a place where you can prepare real meals.

Bedrooms are equipped with quality beds, clean linens, and comfortable pillows. Each bathroom has sufficient towels, soap, shampoo, and hairdryers. Properties feature air conditioning in all rooms (important in summer), heating in winter, and broadband WiFi so everyone can connect without issues. There's a washer and dryer (or access to laundry service), because with groups, clothes accumulate quickly. Common areas are spacious: living room with comfortable sofas, television with international channels, and often a games area or library. Many properties have a terrace or garden for relaxing, sunbathing, or dining outdoors. Some include a private pool—a luxury that's worth every euro when 10 people are enjoying it. There's also private parking or nearby parking, important if you arrive with several cars. As for additional services, we offer: mid-stay linen changes if requested, initial and final cleaning included, and access to personalized local recommendations (where to shop, best beaches, restaurants without tourists). Some properties offer private chef service or catering for special events—perfect if you're celebrating a birthday or anniversary. Support is 24/7: if something breaks, if you need advice, or if you simply have a question, we respond in less than an hour.

What we don't include (to be transparent): daily cleaning service, alcohol, professional entertainment. But everything else is designed so your stay is comfortable, safe, and memorable. Many groups tell us the property becomes the heart of their trip—the place where they spend their best hours together.

Secure booking, clear guarantees and support during your stay

Booking a group property requires trust. That's why our process is transparent from start to finish. First, you see real photos (not renderings), detailed descriptions, and reviews from other groups who've already been there. You can ask questions directly to the owner before booking—no intermediaries, no delays.

Booking is simple: choose your dates, confirm the number of guests, and make payment. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and local methods. The price you see is the final price—no surprises, no hidden "cleaning" or "management" charges. If you need an invoice for your group, we issue it without problem. Our cancellation policy is fair: if you cancel more than 60 days in advance, full refund. Between 30 and 60 days, 50% refund. Less than 30 days, no refund (but you can change dates without penalty). We understand plans change, especially with groups, so we're flexible within reason. Once your booking is confirmed, you receive a complete dossier: access instructions, direct owner contact, local recommendations, and our emergency number. Three days before arrival, we confirm details and answer final questions. On check-in day, the owner welcomes you, shows you the property, explains how appliances work, and ensures everything is perfect. During your stay, we're here. If there's a problem—a key that doesn't work, a shower without hot water, a question about where to eat—you contact us and we solve it. It's not a chatbot; it's a person who understands your situation. Other groups tell us this availability is what makes the difference between a normal booking and an exceptional experience.

At the end of your stay, we do a brief survey: what did you like? What could we improve? Your feedback helps us select better properties and improve our service. If everything went well, we hope you'll return—many groups come back year after year because they know that here they'll find what they're looking for: a comfortable property, a team that cares, and the freedom to enjoy your time together without stress.
