Livantra is a platform that connects holiday-rental property owners in Mallorca with travellers looking to enjoy a stay on the island. Thanks to our careful property classification system - based on location, facilities and services - we make it easy for you to find the perfect accommodation.
Livantra is a project created in Mallorca by three Mallorcans. Our goal is to share the island’s best-kept secrets with travellers who want to experience the true essence of Mallorca. By booking through our website, our local experts will help you plan your trip.
We are not a large international platform - nor do we aim to be. Our mission is to be close to you before, during and after your stay, sharing all our local knowledge so you can enjoy an unforgettable experience in Mallorca.

What advantages does Livantra offer compared to other platforms?
Livantra combines technology with local expertise. All listings are verified, we offer personalised support, accurate information, and tools designed to simplify both the traveller experience and property management for owners and agencies.

How can I register on Livantra?
Travellers and owners/agencies can create an account in just a few minutes using an email address and some basic details. From your profile you can manage reservations, payments, listings and communications.

What types of properties are available?
We only publish verified accommodations: villas, holiday homes, apartments, fincas and properties with a valid tourist licence. Each listing includes a description, amenities, policies, photos and updated availability.

How do I make a reservation?
Search for a property, select your dates, review the total price and complete the process using our secure payment system. If the owner keeps an updated calendar, you’ll be able to book instantly using the Instant Booking option.

How does Livplanner work?
Livplanner is a completely free personalised trip-planning service for travellers who book through Livantra and join the Livtraveler community.
Once your booking is confirmed, the “Livplanner” tab will appear in your traveler profile. You can send us all your questions, and Livplanner® will recommend personalised plans based on:
- the location of your accommodation
- your type of trip (family, couple, solo, etc.)
- your interests and preferences
Livplanner helps you discover the best activities, places and experiences so your trip exceeds all expectations.

How do travellers and owners/agencies communicate?
All communication must take place through the Livantra chat within each reservation. This ensures safety, traceability and centralised information.

How is property check-in handled?
Property owners are responsible for the check-in. Once the reservation is confirmed, you can communicate with the owner via Livantra. It is useful to provide your flight or ferry details to help the owner coordinate your arrival.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Each owner sets their own times. After booking, you can coordinate arrival and departure times directly with the owner. Late-night or early-morning arrivals may incur additional charges.

Is there a tourist tax in Mallorca?
Yes. The Balearic Government applies a tourist tax of approx. €0.25 to €2.00 (+10% VAT) per person per night, depending on the type of accommodation, length of stay and season. Children under 16 are exempt.
The tax must be paid by the owner, so these costs may be collected directly upon arrival.

Is it safe to pay through Livantra?
Yes. All payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, one of the most secure payment systems in the world, compliant with PCI-DSS standards.

What payment methods are accepted?
Depending on the traveller’s country, credit cards and other Stripe-compatible methods are accepted. Available options will appear automatically.

What is Livantra’s cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the property and rate. You can review the exact conditions before confirming your reservation.

What happens if the owner cancels my booking?
If the owner cancels a confirmed booking, Livantra will automatically process a full refund. You will receive an email confirmation. Please verify that your email address is correct.
For your safety, never make payments outside the Livantra platform. If someone requests it, contact us immediately at info@livantra.es.

How can I manage my personal data?
You can edit your data, manage your communication preferences and request access or deletion of your information (GDPR) directly from your profile. You can also contact Livantra to exercise your rights.

How does Livantra protect my data?
We comply with GDPR and use advanced security systems. We only process necessary data and work with certified providers.

How can I add or manage my properties on Livantra?
Owners and agencies can use their management panel to publish listings, update calendars, manage reservations, upload photos, configure policies and complete arrival information.

Is there a damage deposit?
Some properties may require a damage deposit. The owner or agency is responsible for managing its collection and return according to their own conditions.

How can I get support from Livantra?
You can contact our team through the Help Center, the internal chat (if you have an active reservation), or by email. We assist both travellers and owners/agencies.

What security measures should properties have?
Owners must ensure a safe environment and provide clear information about access, rules, basic equipment and any relevant details. Livantra offers guides and recommendations to help.
