The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (up to 14 years old). It has a main bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area. It should be noted that there is no door separating the bedroom from the living room, as the space is designed as an open-plan environment.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without a lift. Due to the building's characteristics and the narrow staircase, we do not recommend this accommodation for elderly people or those with mobility difficulties, nor for families with baby strollers. However, if they decide to book despite this, we can install a cot and high chair upon request at an additional cost of €10/day. If needed, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
It is an elegant, quiet and fully equipped dwelling. From the apartment, there are views of a small quiet street in the old town.
Its location is ideal for discovering Palma on foot. It is not necessary to have private transport, as it is just 5-10 minutes walking from some of the main points of interest in the city, such as the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor or Passeig des Born.
The apartment is located in Sa Gerreria, one of the neighbourhoods with the most personality in Palma, highly appreciated both for its location and its authentic atmosphere. In the area, you will find numerous restaurants, bars and cafés frequented mainly by residents, as well as an interesting presence of urban art that provides a special character to the neighbourhood.

We kindly request maintaining order and cleanliness during your stay.
Please respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and moving through them quietly.
Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours about noise or inappropriate behaviour by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the accommodation at any time, without refund of the reservation amount.
Booking conditions
During the stay, a deposit of €250 will be withheld, which will be returned after departure once the apartment has been checked. In the event of damage to the property, loss of keys or leaving rubbish or the apartment in inadequate cleaning conditions, the corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.
Check-in time: from 14:00 h.
Check-out time: until 11:00 h. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be subject to availability.
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the booking.
Additional information
The apartment is located in a restricted access zone for residents (ACIRE). If you plan to arrive by car, the Priority Villas agency will manage the circulation authorisation with the City Council. You only need to notify us in advance and send us the vehicle registration number, and we will take care of the procedure.
Parking: There is the possibility of parking upon request and at an additional cost of £20/day, subject to availability.
