The main residence has 4 spacious bedrooms with ceiling fans, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and 2 bathrooms with a shower. It also has an independent gas kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary to cook as if at home, and a cosy living room with a fireplace and satellite television in several languages (Spanish, English and German).
Outside, you will find a furnished terrace of 25 m², garden, children's area, barbecue and a private swimming pool surrounded by nature. The property is completely fenced and offers outdoor parking for 2 vehicles.
