Layout and Character

Due to its privileged hillside location, the property is distributed across multiple levels, creating unique and cozy spaces connected by stairs that preserve the original structure of the building.

Ground Floor: Upon entering, you are welcomed by a character-filled living-dining room, accompanied by a practical guest toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is a tribute to the past, featuring an original stone sink and terracotta countertops.

Mezzanine: Halfway to the sleeping area, there is a cozy sitting room with a TV. This level leads to the charming cobbled patio, a private oasis with a table and chairs—perfect for quiet breakfasts or starlit dinners.

First Floor: Home to the master bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom offering both a bathtub and a shower.
