It boasts clear and spectacular views of the interior of the Sierra Tramontana. The estate spans more than 4 hectares with several fruit trees (orange trees, almond trees...), and features a home of approximately 450 m2 spread over 2 floors, entirely exterior-facing. The house is accessed through a beautiful and spacious hall with a fireplace, on the left side you'll find a large kitchen and on the right side, a spacious double bedroom with a complete en-suite bathroom. Additionally, on the ground floor there is a large dining room, a spacious living room with fireplace and air conditioning, and access to the fabulous front porch with impressive views of the garden and pool.

The upper floor features a library as a hallway distributor, 4 spacious exterior double bedrooms with complete en-suite bathrooms, and a large terrace with spectacular clear views. Outdoor barbecue and games area, plus covered parking for 2 cars.
