Enjoy the Mediterranean climate on the terrace and garden, which feature outdoor furniture and a barbecue for those summer dinners. The house has air conditioning and heat pump heating, ensuring a pleasant temperature in any season. Located in a quiet and family-friendly area, its central position allows easy travel to any point on the island, from beaches to the picturesque villages of the Tramuntana Mountains. Free parking is available on the street.
