This amazing villa with beautiful gardens and pool is located in the quiet and beautiful area of El Vilá, just five minutes at driving distance to Puerto de Pollensa.

The views over Pollensa Bay and the beautiful landscape surrounding the property are simply magnificent.

According to the layout of the house, in the ground floor, there is a very nice decorated living room, with high ceilings, comfortable sitting area and a fully functional semi open kitchen with everything you might need to make unforgettable meals with your relatives or friends.

This open and bright area offers an easy and quick access to both the dining area and the outdoor terrace.

According to bedrooms, there are four large bedrooms and three bathrooms, fully equipped and another bedroom with ensuite bathroom apart (would be number five), in the pool area, suitable for visits or staff).
