Located in the northeast of Mallorca, on the outskirts of Manacor, this estate is the perfect place to disconnect. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and fruit trees, it offers peace, tranquillity and incredible mountain views from the terrace and infinity pool.

The house, completely renovated, is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room, dining room, kitchen and leisure area, as well as a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a cosy living room and five double bedrooms, all with a private bathroom. The villa is equipped with air conditioning for greater comfort.

The exterior is a truly relaxing space: infinity pool with jacuzzi, spacious gardens for walking or sunbathing, barbecue and ping pong table. Everything designed to enjoy with family or friends, between baths, games and peaceful moments outdoors.

An ideal property for those seeking a relaxing holiday, surrounded by nature, without giving up comforts, just 7 minutes by car from the centre of Manacor. The perfect place to rest, enjoy and create unforgettable memories.

All bookings include free running water, 100€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 100€ of non-electrical consumption (heating by diesel, gas or propane). All properties have internal or external meters, accessible and verifiable by the customer. The price of additional consumption is 0.35€/kWh.

This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. It does not have heating, although all air conditioning units have a heat pump.
