Beautiful and cosy farmhouse with swimming pool in the midst of nature.

This beautiful country house is located in the vicinity of the village of Es Llombards near the town of Santanyí, where you will find all services: restaurants, supermarkets, banks, petrol stations, etc., as well as some of the best beaches on the island, such as Cala Llombards and S'Almoina, which are just a 5-minute drive away.

The typical Mallorcan farmhouse has 200 m² of habitable space and is prepared for 6 people.

Upon entering the house, you enter the spacious dining room, followed by the fully equipped kitchen. There is a cosy living room with 2 sofas, satellite TV and WiFi.

Three rooms available (1 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each) and 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

Near the main house, there is a small "cottage" with a barbecue, another dining table, and a water connection.

The cosy farmhouse has a special charm, especially in the outdoor areas, delicately maintained and preserving the splendour of the old natural stone walls. In the beautiful garden, there are all kinds of Mediterranean plants and several very cosy seating areas.

The large swimming pool of 8x4m offers pleasant moments on hot summer days and the comfortable loungers are ready to relax.

IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
