The interior is equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump to maintain an ideal temperature at any time of year. The kitchen, completely independent, is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The accommodation offers WiFi connection and a television (Smart-TV) with channels in several languages to keep you entertained during your stay.
Outside, the property offers a magnificent terrace with several rest areas, perfect for relaxing both in the sun and in the shade, whilst enjoying wonderful views and the sea in the distance. The charming garden, with artificial grass and comfortable sun loungers, invites you to enjoy pleasant moments in the open air. Excessively loud noises, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours about noise or disruptive behaviour from any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to immediately evict all guests, at any time of day or night, without any right to refund, and furthermore proceeding to retain the deposit.
