Newly planted cypresses, along with olive trees and pines, and lush green meadows form the landscape of this walled garden. This villa is highly recommended for families, especially because of the trampoline, football goal, and other play equipment in the garden. Naturally, the estate of this south-facing villa offers an appropriately sized pool with graduated depth, surrounded by a large terrace that extends to the house. After swimming, you can use the outdoor shower with walls and then relax on one of the eight sun loungers: four umbrellas offer ample shade when needed. The house has a covered terrace with lighting and a dining area. This is the place to enjoy a barbecue, delighting your palate with the delicious and intense aromas of fresh homemade Mallorcan products. There is also another outdoor living area on the upper floor balcony of the villa, which offers spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains.
