Villa Cas Cosinet is an old seventeenth-century winery that has been restored and converted into a beautiful 400 m² property featuring a spacious layout with 6 bedrooms, a swimming pool and an extensive 1,000 m² garden. Tourist licence number: **ETV/543**.
Housing distribution (400 m²):
On the ground floor we find an entrance hall that leads to a spacious living room connected to the dining room and an independent kitchen. All these rooms have direct access to the garden, allowing you to enjoy views of the swimming pool and the natural surroundings. On this same floor there are three bedrooms:
*Bedroom 1: two single beds.
*Bedroom 2: two single beds.
*Bedroom 3: one double bed.
Furthermore, it has a complete bathroom with separate shower and bathtub.
