Our property Finca Sa Torre Nova has an idyllic location, situated between sa Coma and Son Carrió, where you will find one of the best villas in the Llevant area. It stands out for its spacious layout and unobstructed views amongst nature. Sa Torre Nova is surrounded by beautiful vegetation carefully maintained by the owner Lorenzo, the same care and charm that characterises this particular villa in every corner of the house. Upon arrival at the villa, you will breathe an atmosphere of quality and tranquillity at all times. The Majorcan architecture of natural stone makes it very special. The exterior area is thoughtfully designed in every detail, the large terrace surrounded by a garden will provide you with ample space and ease of movement at all times. On the covered terrace you can dine with family or friends whenever you wish, and if you prefer to light the barbecue and open a bottle of fine Majorcan wine, this villa is for you. It is worth highlighting the swimming pool area of more than 8 metres long that will delight and captivate you at all times. After a good swim, you can dry the water droplets in the sun whilst you lie on the sun loungers and enjoy the warm Mediterranean temperatures. The interior of the villa is in Majorcan style, an atmosphere of high quality in the furniture and appliances that make up a large and well-equipped kitchen. The spacious and well-lit living room will allow you to relax on the comfortable sofas or watch television, thanks to the fact that every corner of the house is designed for an unforgettable holiday. The open kitchen has large cupboards and is designed in detail with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, extractor hood, electric kettle and filter coffee maker.
