Son Rubí is a charming estate located in the picturesque village of Selva, at the foot of the majestic Serra de Tramuntana, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This imposing and tranquil natural setting makes Selva the perfect place to relax and discover the most authentic Mallorca, away from mass tourism.
This small mountain village has managed to preserve its traditional character and rural charm, attracting an increasing number of international visitors seeking a genuine experience on the island. Walking through its Plaça Major you can visit the Church of San Lorenzo, a beautiful building of Gothic origin whose nineteenth-century restoration faithfully maintained the original plans from the seventeenth century.
Selva's strategic location allows you to enjoy a peaceful rural environment whilst being just a few minutes from Inca, ideal for shopping or visiting its traditional weekly market.
The house, 200 m², is tastefully decorated in a modern and welcoming style, and offers spectacular views of the mountain and garden. It has capacity for 7 people, distributed across 4 bright bedrooms.
Outside you will find a well-maintained garden, a spacious 30 m² terrace, a barbecue area, and a magnificent private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the Majorcan sun in a serene and natural setting.
The house has all amenities: free wifi, optional central heating, fireplace, satellite TV (in Spanish, English and German), and outdoor parking on the property.
The fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and everything you need to prepare your favourite meals.
Committed to your wellbeing, at Son Rubí we apply a rigorous cleaning and disinfection protocol.
Additionally, we optionally offer an ozone treatment to guarantee an even safer and more hygienic environment during your stay.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- Optional central heating available during the winter months (from 01 November to 30 April) for £25/night. This amount must be paid to the owner in cash on arrival.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not permitted.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.
- In Mallorca, especially in rural areas or near nature, the presence of insects such as mosquitoes, ants or wasps is common. This is a natural and common phenomenon on the island.
- 💡 Important note on electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. A charge of 0.35 EUR/kWh for electricity consumption will be applied, which will be paid at the end of your stay.
