The property is accessed through a picturesque tree-lined path leading to the house, surrounded by a spacious Mediterranean garden. Outside, you will find different areas to relax and dine al fresco, as well as a private pool perfect for cooling off and enjoying the island's climate.
Inside, the dwelling offers a spacious and bright living room where the mix of rustic and modern elements creates a welcoming atmosphere. The space features comfortable leather sofas, satellite television, and large windows that fill the room with natural light. Next to the living room is the main dining room, ideal for sharing meals and moments in group.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs, oven, utensils, and everything necessary to prepare any type of meal during the stay. Additionally, it has a second space intended for informal meals.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and has three double bedrooms: two rooms with single beds and a third with a spacious double bed. The house also has two modern bathrooms with shower, designed to offer comfort and functionality.
