This cosy ground floor apartment, newly furnished this year, is designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. It's ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people looking to enjoy the sea, sun and tranquillity without sacrificing comfort.

It features 3 comfortable and bright bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with shower and more than enough space for everyone. The beds are comfortable (3 double beds and one single bed), perfect for resting after a day at the beach.

The kitchen is open and fully equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker… it has everything! Plus, you have a washing machine for longer stays or family trips.

The entire property has air conditioning and heating, as well as fast WiFi and television for your relaxation time.

But the best part is outside: a spacious terrace perfect for outdoor dining, private pool to cool off whenever you want and barbecue area to enjoy long summer dinners. It also has private parking.

The location is ideal: a short walk from the beach, close to the port, restaurants and shops. Everything you need, without needing a car.

In summary: a comfortable, recently renovated accommodation, perfect for enjoying a beach holiday with family in one of the best corners of Mallorca.
