This beautiful villa has four bright bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a spacious living room with a cosy fireplace that adds a touch of distinction to the ambience, as well as a television and a delicate decoration. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area.

If you wish to enjoy the outdoors, the outdoor area has furniture, sunbeds and an umbrella to relax by the pool, enjoying an aperitif or a splendid barbecue with your loved ones. This property is the ideal place to enjoy the summer evenings.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). This house has air conditioning in 3 bedrooms and in the living room. However, it does not have heating.
