Located just a few steps from the crystal-clear waters of Alcudia Bay, Villa Canta is a cosy summer home with an excellent location in Playas de Muro, ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people who wish to enjoy northern Mallorca with comfort and tranquillity.
The property has 150 m² of habitable surface, distributed across 4 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a bathtub, offering the perfect space for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
Upon entering the house, a spacious terrace greets us, equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for sharing meals outdoors. It also has sunbeds for sunbathing with privacy before taking a walk to the beach.
The interior offers a bright living-dining room with sofa, satellite TV, natural ventilation and a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. The dwelling has an independent gas kitchen, fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare your favourite dishes.
The rest area consists of:
2 bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning
2 bedrooms with two single beds each
Moreover, the house has a second living room on the ground floor, with a ping pong table perfect for spending fun moments with family or friends.
