Enjoy a spacious and bright chalet in the quiet Son Veri neighborhood, just 450 m from S’Arenal Beach and the Nautical Club. With capacity for 12 people, it combines comfort, space, and a perfect location for families, groups, or cyclists.

The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and the separate annex studio adds 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, perfect for extra privacy. The living room with fireplace, spacious dining area, and fully equipped kitchen make cooking and sharing meals a pleasure. The villa also offers Wi-Fi and a safe.

Outside, you will find a private pool with sun loungers, a terrace with furniture and barbecue to enjoy the sun, outdoor dinners, or simply relax. For cyclists, there is a fully equipped workshop for bike maintenance and repairs.
