This two-storey dwelling combines a rustic style with contemporary decoration and carefully restored spaces that preserve the traditional charm.
In the inner courtyard, surrounded by palm trees and orange trees, there is a refreshing swimming pool, a porch with comfortable armchairs and a perfect table to enjoy pleasant evenings outdoors in good company.
From the patio, you access a spacious dining room with a large table in a raw tone and an American bar that connects to the kitchen, which is spacious and fully equipped to prepare your best dishes with total comfort.
Next to the dining room, the lounge offers air conditioning, free WiFi and comfortable sofas to relax and enjoy your favourite programming.
On the ground floor there are four bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub en suite and another bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor is the main bedroom, which has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
In essence, Sa Verdera is a centrally located, complete and cosy house, perfect for enjoying wonderful family holidays.
