Finca Son Set - exquisite, newly designed country house located in the village of Costitx, close to Sencelles and Sineu, in the heart of Mallorca

Near Inca in the heart of Mallorca, this spacious villa spans three floors, offering exceptional comfort and modern amenities, ideal for those seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

We are pleased to share that we’ve made several exciting upgrades to the villa in 2025, which we’re confident will enhance your stay and create an even more memorable experience:

Enjoy a cinema-like experience in the living room with a 100-inch Smart TV and full access to DAZN, featuring Bundesliga, Champions League, Premier League, La Liga, Formula 1, and more.

To elevate your comfort, we now provide Rituals luxury products in each bathroom which includes shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand wash.

Our pool is now heated from February to June and from September to December using an eco-friendly aerothermal system. Heating will be available at an additional cost starting from September 25th.

The gym has been upgraded with high-end weights, kettlebells, and designer furniture to offer a premium workout experience.

We’ve added two luxury loungers on the upper terrace of the master bedroom — a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the stunning views in a new private space.

For aspiring young athletes, we’ve added professional football training gear to the field, including mannequin dummies, rebounders, cones, and more — turning a dream into reality.

All small kitchen appliances have been upgraded to the exclusive SMEG brand to enhance both functionality and design.

This incredible villa features 4 beautifully appointed double bedrooms, 3 stylish bathrooms (including an en-suite), and spacious living areas. The interior is elegantly designed, combining contemporary style with high-tech features. The villa also boasts both an indoor and outdoor kitchen, a large saltwater infinity pool, and a gym.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy the 3000 m² garden, which includes a 64 m² infinity pool, comfortable lounge areas, a Balinese bed, and even a private football pitch. A stunning 30 m² outdoor kitchen with a wine fridge, Weber gas BBQ, and air conditioning creates the perfect alfresco dining experience while enjoying breathtaking sunset views over the mountains.
