The villa is located just 300 m from Muro beach, one of the most highly rated on the island for its white sand and crystal-clear waters, and just a few metres from all services: supermarkets, restaurants, cash machines and the weekly market.
It has a pleasant outdoor space with a garden, furnished terrace, barbecue and private pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The interior is equipped with free WiFi, air conditioning in the living room and several bedrooms, heat pump heating, satellite TV (Spanish, English, German), hairdryer and iron.
The independent kitchen, with a ceramic hob, has everything necessary: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, juicer and more.
