Las Palmeras is situated in Crestatx, a residential area between Pollensa and Sa Pobla, just a short drive to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa.

Your holiday starts as soon as you go through the majestic iron gates. The villa has a beautiful garden with 34 palm trees, hence the name ´La Palmeras´.

There is a lovely, swimming pool, 12 x 6 metres, with a waterfall, as well both an outdoor charcoal barbecue, gas BBQ.

There is also a shower room by the pool and a pond - complete with fish and terrapins!

The holiday villa has recently been renovated and is very tastefully decorated. The accommodation is divided into two floors, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

The house sleeps 12 in 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedded rooms.

Each floor of the house has 3 bedrooms and a sitting room and they join via the staircase in the games rooms. There are 5 bathrooms in the house and an additional bathroom next to the pool.

The ground floor opens out onto the gardens, pool, barbecue and a covered terrace. The first floor also has a lovely sun terrace overlooking the pool as well as a large roof terrace with views of the mountains which is a real sun trap.

The villa is just 5 minutes´ drive away is the beautiful town of Pollensa, where you will find a wide variety of excellent restaurants, bars, and a charming Sunday market. The pretty sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa are 15 minutes by car.

The villa is a perfect retreat in peaceful surroundings. It is ideal for two families to share, or for a group of friends.
