Spacious villa in s'Aranjassa, a few minutes from Palma and very close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. This traditional-style property offers comfortable and functional accommodation for groups of up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and spacious common areas.

The house features a bright living-dining room, fully equipped independent kitchen, terrace and private garden, designed to ensure your stay is relaxed and hassle-free. Outside, you will find a large private swimming pool with sun loungers, barbecue area and a porch for outdoor dining, perfect for enjoying the sun and Mediterranean climate.

All bedrooms have air conditioning (cold/heat), and the property also has Wi-Fi and central heating, so you can feel comfortable at any time of the year.
