There are many hiking trails in the area, and cycling enthusiasts will be pleased with the strategic location of the house for different routes on hand. The mountains to the rear of the house and the extensive landscape in front of the house add character and life to the villa.
The house has been tastefully decorated and furnished. The spacious living room has large sofas, beautiful carpets and quality materials. The dining room has direct access to the front terrace, nicely furnished with outdoor and chill out furniture, and views to the swimming pool and garden. The kitchen is the result of blending traditional country style furniture with modern facilities, and offers everything you may need during your stay.
The house has 4 bright and spacious bedrooms. Two of them are on the ground floor, one double and one twin, as well as a full bathroom. The other two double bedrooms are on the upper floor, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there is also a sitting room with a wood-burning fireplace, ideal for spending time reading in front of it in winter. This quiet corner leads out onto the terrace with its fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The terrace is furnished with comfortable sun loungers.
A large lawn surrounds the large swimming pool, as well as the terraces and corners of the villa, all nicely furnished and provided with pods with flowers and green plants. This is the ideal holiday home for those seeking a peaceful retreat in a traditional and picturesque Mallorcan village.
