This pleasant villa is set in a peaceful and natural environment, approximately 800 metres from Pollença, offering the perfect combination of comfort, privacy and outdoor spaces to enjoy Mallorca's wonderful climate.

The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The interior is bright and welcoming, with a spacious open-plan area combining the living room, dining area and kitchen, creating a comfortable setting for both meals and relaxing moments. Exposed wooden beams and light colours add warmth to the house.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning.
