This property is located in a quiet residential area, with neighbours on both sides. Parties or celebrations of any kind are forbidden, as well as noise that could cause a nuisance. Musical devices such as loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). This house does not have air conditioning, although we will provide the guests with the necessary fans.
