Entry Requirements

Travelers visiting Spain must meet the conditions established by the Schengen Borders Code. As a property owner or agency, it is useful to be familiar with these basic requirements in order to guide international guests when needed.

Main requirements

• Enter through an authorized border crossing point.
• Present a valid travel document (passport or equivalent).
• Hold a visa if required by the traveler’s nationality.
• Provide proof of the purpose of stay, such as the booking confirmation.
• Demonstrate sufficient financial means.
• Not be subject to entry bans within the Schengen area.
