How to consult invoicing data

In your Livantra account, you can access all information related to your billing details and the service fees applied to your reservations at any time.
From this section, you can review your personal and tax information, as well as consult the full history of invoices issued by Livantra.

In the My Details area, you’ll find your personal and tax information registered on the platform, which is used to generate the commission invoices associated with your bookings. Keeping this information up to date ensures that all documents are issued correctly.

In the Invoices section, you will find the complete list of invoices generated by Livantra, corresponding exclusively to the service fee.
Each document includes the date, reservation reference number, service details, and the amount invoiced. You can access this information whenever you need it.

Please note that the accommodation invoice (the stay itself) is issued directly by the property owner or agency, and they are responsible for providing you with that document.
