All information related to your booking is available in your Livantra account, where you can check the most important details of your stay at any time.

In the booking details section, you will find:

• The contact information of the owner or agency.
• The cancellation policy applicable to your stay.
• The exact address of the accommodation and relevant arrival information.
• Practical details such as access instructions, Wi-Fi information, or entry codes, when provided by the host.

Please note that some hosts share access information only a few days before arrival. If your check-in date is approaching and you haven’t received this information yet, you can easily contact the owner directly from your Livantra account.
