Livplanner
Livplanner is the integrated assistant in your Traveler Space that helps you plan your holidays in a personalized way. It works as an interactive chat where you can ask questions, request recommendations about your stay, and get advice about your destination.
Important: The Livplanner service is available only for Livtraveler users. You must activate your subscription from your Traveler Profile → Livtraveler tab. If you are not a Livtraveler, this feature will not be visible in your dashboard.
How to access
- Log in to your Livantra account, go to the Traveler Space.
- From the left-hand menu, select “Livplanner.”
A chat window will open where you can interact directly with the assistant.
Chat structure
The Livplanner environment appears as a clear and simple conversation:
- On the right side, you’ll see your messages or questions.
- On the left side, you’ll see the Livplanner assistant’s replies.
- Each message displays the time or the elapsed time since it was sent.
All conversations are saved in your account, so you can return to them anytime to review previous recommendations.
How to use the assistant
You can use Livplanner just like a traditional chat:
- Type your question or request in the text box.
- Press Enter or click the Send button.
- You’ll receive a clear and practical answer with the requested information.
Types of questions you can ask
Livplanner is designed to help with various travel and planning needs.
Here are some examples of what you can ask:

Example conversation inside Livplanner:
You:
“Hi Livplanner, tell me which is the best beach to go with kids in the north of Mallorca.”
Livplanner:
“Playa de Muro would be an excellent choice. It’s located in the north of Mallorca and is ideal for families with children.
It’s one of the longest beaches in the Balearic Islands, with white sand and shallow waters.
You’ll find plenty of facilities, including umbrella and sunbed rentals, and a wide selection of bars and restaurants along the beach.
There are also playgrounds for children, making it even more family-friendly.”
