First Login
When your account is verified:
- Return to the Login screen.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click the green “Access” button.
If you prefer to see the password while typing, you can enable the “Show password” option.
After logging in successfully, you will enter your Traveler Space, where you can:
- View your bookings and trips.
- Use the Livplanner assistant (only if you are a Livtraveler).
- Edit your personal details or payment methods.
- Contact support or read help articles.
Forgot your password
If you don’t remember your password, click on the link “Forgot your password?” just below the login field.
Enter your email, and you’ll receive a secure link to reset it.
Language and multilingual experience
At the bottom of the form, you’ll see the flags 🇪🇸 🇬🇧 🇩🇪 🇫🇷.
You can click any of them to change the interface language (Spanish, English, German, or French).
Your account and data will remain the same — only the visible language will change.
Access from different devices
Your username and password are valid across all devices:
- Desktop or laptop
- Tablet
- Mobile phone
You only need a browser and an internet connection to access your account anytime.
Result
Once registration and verification are complete, you’ll have full access to your Traveler Space in Livantra, where you can:
- Book holiday properties.
- View and manage your reservations.
- Download invoices and update your information.
