When you click “View Review” from the main list, a side panel opens showing the full details of your feedback.
Here you can see both the information you wrote and any responses from the property owner or agency.
How to access the review details
- From the My Reviews list, click on the “View Review” link located in the right-hand column.
- A side window (slide-out panel) will open with the full content of your review.
Contents of the review detail
Inside the panel, all information is organized into different sections:
Owner’s comments:
At the top, you’ll see the reply or thank-you message from the owner or agency (if provided).
For example:
“Thank you for your review, we hope to welcome you again soon. – Ortega Family”
Your review:
Includes the title and text you wrote when submitting your feedback.
For example:
A very pleasant stay
“Thank you so much for this wonderful stay at Villa Bon Dia. Regards, Maria”
Ratings by category
Below your main text, you’ll find the scores you gave for each aspect of the accommodation:

| Overall rating | Overall score of your experience. |
| Cleanliness | Level of satisfaction with the property’s cleanliness. |
| Arrival | Evaluation of the check-in and welcome process. |
| Communication | Responsiveness and helpfulness of the host or agency. |
| Location | Convenience and surroundings of the accommodation. |
| Quality | General impression of the accommodation compared to photos, price, and services. |
Each category is displayed with stars (1 to 5), indicating your level of satisfaction.
Close the view
To return to the main reviews list, simply click the “X” in the top-right corner of the side panel.
