Organise your arrival and enjoy a smooth stay from the very first moment. Here’s a detailed guide to help you prepare for your trip to Mallorca.

1. Review your booking details
Before travelling, make sure everything is correct: dates, number of guests, 
included services and villa conditions. This helps avoid any confusion on arrival.

2. Check your Arrival Guide
This document includes all key information you’ll need:

  • How to get to the villa
  • Nearby reference points
  • Check-in and check-out times
  • Host contact details
    Having it downloaded on your phone is highly recommended.

3. Plan your transportation
Mallorca offers several mobility options:

  • Car rental
  • Private transfers
  • Taxis
  • Public transport
    If you’re renting a car, double-check your confirmation and route. If not, arrange transportation in advance to avoid waiting at the airport.

4. If you are a Livtraveler, make the most of Livplanner
If your Livtraveler profile is activated, you can use Livplanner 
to request personalised activity planning, recommendations and itinerary suggestions.

If you are not yet a Livtraveler, you will see the option to activate it in your dashboard.

5. Check the weather forecast
Weather varies by season. Checking the forecast helps you pack appropriately 
and plan outdoor activities.

6. Prepare your documentation
Make sure you have:

  • Booking confirmation
  • Host contact details
  • Health or travel insurance (recommended)

Useful items to bring:

  • Chargers, adapters, power bank
  • Sun protection
  • Light clothing and comfortable footwear
  • Beach towel (if not included in your villa)

8. Communication with your host
If you have any questions about your arrival, access, schedules or any details related to the accommodation, you can contact your host directly through the chat available in your booking.
This space allows you to send messages, ask questions and maintain direct communication with the villa owner at any time.

9. Keep the exact villa address accessible
Helpful for taxis, transfers and GPS:

  • Full address
  • Coordinates (if available)
  • Accommodation name

10. Confirm your arrival time
If your flight arrives very early or late, coordinate with your host to ensure a smooth check-in. 
Some villas offer self check-in, while others require a personal welcome.
