The villa, built on a single floor, features 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Two of them are double rooms, and the third has two single beds. All the bedrooms have direct access to the private 9x3 meter pool and the spacious terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The property also has two bathrooms, one of which is en suite for added convenience.
The bright living and dining room is integrated with a modern, high-tech kitchen, creating an open and welcoming space perfect for enjoying time with family or friends.
