Welcome to Can Flores holiday home, a wonderful example of a typical Mallorcan house with three charming apartments. The house is located in a quiet and idyllic area that offers you the perfect environment for a relaxing vacation. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the beautiful Cala Santanyí bay with its turquoise water. At the beach, you have a selection of restaurants where you can enjoy dinner or a relaxed "Café con Leche" in the afternoon.

Just a few minutes by car away, you can experience more highlights of Mallorca. You can discover idyllic bays, such as "Cala Sa Nau" or "Cala Llombards", or get to know "Es Trenc" with its Caribbean blue water. In the town of Santanyí, located about 3 km away, you have the opportunity to stroll through typical Mallorcan alleys and browse the numerous tasteful boutiques or the weekly market. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled, and you are guaranteed to find a beautiful souvenir for your loved ones at home. Here you will also find larger supermarkets, as well as pharmacies and ATMs.

The 87 m² apartment Can Flores 1 is tastefully furnished and offers space for up to 4 people. The open living and dining area invites you to relax and enjoy with a comfortable couch and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop, a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, and a wide selection of dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, a coffee machine, and a toaster. All the amenities you need for a stay are available to you.

The two bedrooms are stylishly furnished and offer comfortable double beds. From both bedrooms, you have direct access to the terrace, allowing you to start your day with a breathtaking view of the Mallorcan landscape. The bathroom in Can Flores 1 is modern and equipped with a shower.

The vacation home offers a community pool with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas, ideal for relaxing and cooling down under the Mallorcan sun. The surrounding garden invites you to linger and provides a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

The spacious terrace of the holiday home Can Flores 1 is a pleasant place to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Here you can enjoy your meals outdoors and admire the beautiful surroundings. The barbecue area on the terrace allows you to prepare grilled dishes and spend cozy evenings with your loved ones.

Note: The gardener comes by daily in the morning to maintain the garden and the outdoor area. We ask for your understanding.

What is located in the apartment?

For guests, bed linen and towels are provided. In the kitchen, there is a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 trash bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to contact us.

IMPORTANT!

According to official regulations, every guest staying in a vacation home in Mallorca is obligated to pay the local tourist tax. Since some booking channels do not collect these fees, in these cases you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord. Please also note that the agency collects a refundable deposit.
