Then this house built in an interesting style is exactly the right thing for you. This stylish villa is located on the outskirts of Cala Santanyí and only 80 m from the beach. It is characterised by its beautiful and exceptional round construction, which extends over three levels.
Important note:
Please note that the air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms. Due to the special construction and open stair railings, we urgently recommend refraining from using the holiday home with children under 8 years old. Children aged 8 and above are warmly welcome. Additionally, the maximum occupancy is limited to 6 persons (including children).
The villa is divided into three floors: On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a shower. On the 1st floor, there is a bright and open living and dining area with an adjacent kitchen and direct access to the terrace with a dream view of the sea. The terrace is the ideal place for a cosy shared breakfast or to enjoy a romantic dinner with a view of the sea. If you are very quiet, you might hear the sound of the sea. On the 2nd floor is the spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. From here, you have a panoramic view of the entire bay of Cala Santanyí and wake up to a deep blue horizon every morning.
All 3 bedrooms are similarly designed and equipped with a queen-size bed. One of the beds can also be converted into two single beds. In addition, the villa has an air conditioning system for warm/cold and a heating system, making the villa suitable for the cooler days of the year.
The villa has a swimming pool with a sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols. Directly adjacent to the pool is the barbecue area with a large table for cosy evenings that you would like to spend with your family on holiday. The villa is ideal for couples and families. You will find parking spaces in front of the house on the street.
The beach of Cala Santanyi is only 80m on foot from the villa. You can reach everything important for your holiday in just a few steps on foot. Several recommendable restaurants are located on the beach, two small supermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity for quick shopping. For a larger purchase, it is recommended to drive to the next town of Santanyí. At Villa Redonda, an air conditioning system is available to you from April to October. A daily fee of €15 is charged for the use of this amenity. The costs for using the air conditioning will be invoiced by the agency.
What is located in the villa?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to contact us.
