This beautiful flat type C offers you everything you need for an unforgettable holiday in Mallorca. With a maximum occupancy of 4 people (recommended for 2 adults and 2 children) and a size of 50 sqm, it is perfect for families or couples.

The flat has one bedroom and a living and dining room with two sofa beds. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment. Towels, bed linen and electricity are included in the price.

The direct sea view from the flat's small terrace is particularly impressive. Here you can relax at the end of the day and enjoy the view of the sea.

The flat is located directly on the sea at the beautiful diving bay Cala Lliteras. The port of Cala Ratjada is only 1 km away and offers a beach promenade with many bars, restaurants and nightlife.

You can also hire a safe directly at the accommodation. The tourist tax is not included in the price. It is payable 2 days before arrival by credit card, as is the deposit of €150. The deposit will be refunded automatically 48/72 hours after departure. Groups of young people are not allowed.

In price type C there are 6 flats available on the ground floor, 1 flat on the 1st floor and 1 flat on the 2nd floor. The flats on the 1st and 2nd floor have a balcony. You only book the price type, the distribution of the rooms is exclusively up to the owner.
