Upon accessing through the charming terrace, we find an outdoor dining area with table and benches, ideal for enjoying meals in the open air or a summer barbecue under the parasol. The lawn garden offers sun loungers for sunbathing and a covered porch where you can relax in the shade with a good book or a drink at dusk.
Inside, the property features a spacious living room with a chaise-longue sofa, natural fresh air and television, as well as a dining area for four people. The American kitchen, modern and functional, is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your favourite dishes.
The property has capacity for 4 people distributed across 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Both bedrooms have television and have been designed to guarantee rest and comfort. The house includes a full bathroom with shower and toilet.
