Invoices
In the Invoices section you can view and download the invoices issued by Livantra related to the service fees applied to your reservations made through the platform.
These invoices correspond only to the Livantra service commission.
The invoice for the accommodation or stay must be issued directly by the property owner or agency responsible for the accommodation.
How to access your invoices
You can consult your invoices from your Livantra account by following these steps:
- Log in to your Livantra account.
- From the main dashboard, click on your profile picture or username in the top-right corner.
- Select My profile.
- Inside your profile, open the Invoices tab.
- You will see the list of available invoices.
From this section you can review your billing history related to your reservations.
Invoice list
In the Invoices section you will find a table showing the main information for each document:
- Number: invoice identification number
- Date: date when the invoice was issued
- Description: information related to the reservation or service
- Total: total amount charged by Livantra (service commission)
- PDF: option to download the invoice
This list allows you to easily identify invoices generated from your reservations.
Download an invoice
To download an invoice:
- Go to the Invoices tab in your profile.
- Locate the invoice you want.
- Click the PDF button.
The document will download in PDF format, allowing you to save or print it if needed.
Billing information
Invoices are generated automatically using the billing details configured in your user profile.
For this reason, we recommend keeping your information updated in My profile → My details.
Security and storage
All invoices are stored securely in your Livantra account and can be accessed at any time. This allows you to keep clear track of the service commissions associated with your reservations.
