General structure
Once you have created your account and successfully logged into Livantra, you will enter the Traveler Space, the main dashboard from which you can manage your entire customer experience — bookings, reviews, trips, support, and more.
The design of this space is intuitive and well-organized, allowing you to easily find any information related to your trips or your profile.
General structure of the dashboard
Sidebar menu
Here you will find the main sections of your account, allowing you to navigate the entire platform with a single click.
The available sections are:
| Section | Description |
| Traveler Space (Home) | Main panel view where you can see a summary of your account: active reservations, reviews, support, access to the Livplanner assistant, and the Livtraveler program. |
| My Bookings | Access the list of all your active, past, or future bookings. From here, you can view the details of each stay and its status. |
| My Reviews | View and manage the feedback you’ve left on your accommodations. Each review shows the property, stay dates, and rating given. |
| My Trips | Displays your planned or completed trips. In the future, it will include itineraries, recommendations, and related activities. |
| Livplanner | Your personal assistant. You can chat with the system to get travel advice, local activity ideas, or general help (only if you are a Livtraveler). |
| Help | Direct access to the Livantra Help Center. It contains categorized articles (payments, account, security, privacy, etc.) and a search tool. |
| Support | Create and manage support tickets related to technical issues or booking inquiries. You can check the status of your requests and reply to the team. |
Each section is activated by clicking its name in the sidebar menu.
Top bar
In the upper right corner of the dashboard (next to the Livantra logo), you’ll find your user icon.
Clicking on it opens a dropdown menu with profile options:
- My Profile → View or edit your personal data, payment methods, invoices, etc.
- Log out → Safely exit your account.
Navigation and usability
- You can move freely between sections using the sidebar without losing your active session.
- To return to the main page, simply click on Traveler Space (the first menu option).
- To log out, click your user icon → Log out.
Tip:
The sidebar remains visible at all times, allowing you to switch sections quickly without going back or reloading the page.
Access from different devices
The Traveler Space is optimized for all devices:
- Desktops and laptops: full interface with all options visible.
- Tablets and mobiles: responsive layout for easy touch navigation.
Regardless of the device, all functions and data remain identical, as your Livantra account is automatically synchronized.
