How Livantra appears on a bank statement

When you make a card payment through Livantra, the charge will usually appear on your bank statement under the name “Livantra”, allowing you to easily identify the transaction linked to your booking.

Depending on your bank or payment method, the amounts corresponding to the accommodation rental and the service fee may appear:

• as a single charge, or
• as two separate charges.

Both charges, if shown individually, will still appear under the name Livantra, since all transactions are processed via Stripe but recorded using our identifier for clarity.

Seeing Livantra on your statement is completely normal and part of our secure, certified payment process.
