Report a problem with your accommodation
Report a problem with your accommodation
At Livantra, we work to ensure that all listed accommodations meet our standards of quality, safety, and respectful coexistence. If you encounter a problem during your stay related to the property, the environment, or the behaviour of the host, we want to help you resolve it quickly and effectively.
Speak with the owner or agency first
In many cases, owners are unaware of the issue and can resolve it immediately.
For this reason, we recommend contacting them first through your Livantra account. This allows you to:
- Clarify misunderstandings
- Resolve simple issues (cleaning, access, maintenance, etc.)
- Speed up any necessary action
If the problem continues or the owner does not respond, you can report it directly to Livantra.
How to report an issue to Livantra
If you need to escalate the situation, you can contact the Livantra support team through your account. To help you efficiently, it is useful to provide:
- Your name, email, phone number, and reservation number
- A clear description of the problem
- Any documents that support the issue (photos, videos, police reports, statements or relevant communications), whenever possible
All data provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy, using only the information required to process your request.
What Livantra does after receiving your report
Once we receive your message, our team will:
- Review the issue and contact the owner to remind them of Livantra’s policies, best practices, and platform rules
- Evaluate the listing and the situation described
- Attempt to mediate and resolve the problem appropriately
- Take additional action if a serious breach of our Terms and Conditions is detected, including suspending or removing the listing
Our commitment is to ensure that travelers enjoy reliable, safe accommodations that respect their local communities.
Commitment to safety and compliance
Livantra will always apply its internal policies and terms of use, regardless of whether local regulations are more or less strict.
Protecting travelers and ensuring compliance with our standards of coexistence and quality are essential to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
